Sarah Ergen, a senior public relations major at Westminster College, has received the final payment of a $10,000 four-year scholarship funded by the George and Dorothy Knedler Scholarship Fund through The Pittsburgh Foundation.

She is a graduate of Montour High School.

• Thomas D. Arbogast, Richard Kim and Alexander Vasilakis are new members of the Heritage Valley Health System board of directors.

Mr. Arbogast is an attorney in commercial law and taxation at Schnader Harrison Segal & Lewis LLP in Pittsburgh. Dr. Kim is a gastroenterologist with the Three Rivers Endoscopy Center in Moon. Dr. Vasilakis is director of Heritage Valley's cardiac surgery program.
