What's a podcast?
A podcast is an audio file that you can listen to on your computer or any MP3 player,
including an iPod. Podcasting uses the same XML-based technology as RSS feeds.
It allows you to easily access audio files and listen to them when you want and how you want.
If you are using something other than iTunes to download podcasts, you'll need to copy and paste the XML url into your software.
To play the podcast on your computer, click on one of the links below. Because these files can be quite large, you should right-click these links and choose to save the file to your computer first.
